the welfare and improvement of Filipinos. As a result, this boosting and improving of this

particular sector by innovating its intellectual and technical ambitions into reality to produce

a bright, futuristic, livable, and more advanced economy.

A new phase and newly created pillars within the Plan can assist the Government in

continuing to invest in its researchers and inventors with a higher quality of education,

resources, and government support, creating a strong influence and a broader scope of

Intellectual service not only in the Philippines but also in other parts of the Globe, and finally

reforming that enhances our capability and long-term capacity for growth.

Big Ambition for a Better Future, the Neda and its plan Ugma Pilipinas are looking for more

inventive and futuristic intellectual and technology developments that can last for 10 - 20

years, with its own pathway that can aid the Intellectual Service has its own method for

growth and power. Increasing technical and intellectual development by 30%, enhancing

the lives of all Filipinos, and generating new chances for white-collar occupations,

particularly for researchers and innovators.

Finally, a continuous expansion of our economy, particularly in the intellectual sector, shifting

from light to heavy industries and to a higher degree of processing and production -

government investment and technical support, creating new jobs and opportunities - having

a program that can guide Filipinos and future researchers to be knowledgeable about
